Ossifying fibroma is a slow growing benign neoplasm usually Involving bones of the skull and face, mainly mandible maxilla. The tumor composed bone that develops within fibrous connective tissue, sometimes with cementum-like calcifications. Clinical presentation asymptomatic, rarely presented facial asymmetry, swelling, pain, bowing long bones. Radiological investigations are computed tomography (CT) scan magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). very can be seen as in temporal bone. In this case report 30-year-old male history blocked ear occasional left ache. On examination externa auditory canal was narrow bony prominence posterior wall. CT MRI revealed mastoid mass, during surgery hard vascular mass filling antrum dissected out histopathology confirmed ossifying fibroma. definitive treatment complete surgical excision. Complications local invasion, intracranial extension.
